LOCATION Stonehanger is on Herbert Road (off Devon Road) in an elevated position approximately 10-15 minutes downhill walk (steep in places) from Salcombe town centre.
VIEWS Pleasant views over the town to East Portlemouth beach and South Pool creek from the lounge.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A small lobby area leads into a good-sized lounge and dining room with flatscreen television, DVD player, two double leather sofas and occasional furniture. Wooden dining table with six chairs.
KITCHEN A galley-style kitchen with cream units, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer and microwave.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom with wooden-framed king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside units, and drawers. Bedroom two has two wooden-framed single beds, wardrobe, bedside units, and drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. Guests need to bring beach and tea towels.
BATHROOM A family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE To the side of the coach house is a pleasant communal area of lawned garden, and small terrace with table and chairs.
PARKING Off-road parking for one car.
OTHER INFORMATION Heating and instant hot water via combi boiler. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Wireless broadband internet available.
