LOCATION At the lower end of the town (at the apex of Allenhayes Road and Onslow Road) just 5 minutes walk from the main shops, restaurants and waterfront.
VIEWS Good estuary views from lounge and bedroom.Â
ENTRANCE/HALLWAY Entrance hallway with room for coats, buggies etc.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM/KITCHEN Newly refurbished dual aspect lounge/dining room with large TV, DVD, Radio/ipod player, sofa and 'cuddle' sofa. Dining area opens out into galley kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, oven, washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave and fridge (with freezer compartment) with seating specifically designed to maximise the estuary views. Sliding patio doors to ornamental balcony.
BEDROOM with King-size bed, dressing table, units and fitted wardrobe. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)
BATHROOM With bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.
PARKING for one car in an allocated space.
OTHER INFORMATIONÂ Karndean flooring throughout the kitchen/dining/lounge/hall area, carpet in the bedroom. Gas fired central heating and hot water. There is a large 'put you up' bed in the lounge, which is suitable for an extra adult or two small children. One well behaved small dog permitted at an additional charge.
