LOUNGE/ DINING ROOM (1st floor). TV, DVD, radio. Dining table and chairs, lounge suite.
KITCHEN (1st floor) Sink unit, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, electric cooker, storage cupboards and dishwasher.
CLOAKROOM Hand basin and w.c
BEDROOMS One with 5' double bed; one with twin single beds; both with built-in wardrobes.
N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels.
