LOCATION In the very heart of Salcombe (just off Whitestrand Quay) and within a few yards of the town's famous shops, quays and restaurants.
VIEWS A limited glimpse of the estuary from the upper sun terrace.
SITTING ROOM Stairs lead up from the entrance hallway into an attractive sitting room/den with sofa, chairs, flat screen TV with Sky HD (including Sky Sports), DVD player, video, CD hi-fi system and coal-effect electric fire with wooden surround.
An open doorway leads into the kitchen....
KITCHEN A bright and attractive kitchen with 4-ring gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and fitted units. Door out to lower rear terrace - an ideal place for breakfast.
UTILTY ROOM On the ground floor is a new refurbished (2014) utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and units.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A large (28') and tastefully furnished room with ample dining space for eight, comfortable sofa, chairs, coal-effect electric fire and French doors/balcony overlooking the courtyard. Double glazed door out to lower rear terrace.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom (on the first floor adjacent to lounge) with King-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and en suite bathroom (incorporating bath, shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light, airing cupboard and attractive panelled units). A second double bedroom at basement level also has a super King-size bed, fitted cupboard and skylight (plus adjacent shower room - see below). On the top floor is a further twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe, drawers and airing cupboard, plus a bunk-bedded room, ideally set up for children. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) included.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite bathroom above is a family bathroom (on top floor) with bath, electric shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light. On ground floor is a shower room with power-shower, w.c., wash hand basin, shaver point, light, and heated towel rail.
CLUBHOUSE/BAR Accessed via stairs from master bedroom, a small timber clubhouse/bar with sink and fridge. Doors lead out to upper sun terrace.
TERRACES A beautiful, fully enclosed lower terrace with delightful York stone paving and a re-built (2014) stone wall is the perfect space for private al fresco dining. The upper terrace (almost 50' in length) is fully decked and provides a superb area for entertaining. Barbeque available. Limited views of the estuary across to East Portlemouth.
PARKING In the courtyard for one car. Additional parking available in long-stay car park (approx. 5-7 minutes walk) - £32.00 per week per car.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly carpeted throughout with some wood and tiled flooring. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Broadband available.
