LOCATION On the outskirts of Malborough village with its post office, garage/shop, a well equipped children's playground and two pubs serving food and is just a short five minute drive from the picturesque sailing town of Salcombe with its beaches, waterfront, shops and restaurants. There is also a cycle path with lovely estuary views from Malborough to Salcombe. The pretty villages of Hope Cove and Thurlestone with fabulous beaches and access to miles of coastal path are close by, whilst Bantham beach, popular with surfers from far and wide is just a 10 minute drive away.

KITCHEN Very well presented open plan area with fitted kitchen units/worktop, electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

BEDROOMS Two: Double bedroom with wooden-framed, 4'6" double bed, wardrobe and lovely views over rear terrace to countryside beyond. Second bedroom with 3' bunk beds and wardrobe - door to private garden/terrace. N.B. All duvets, pillows and linen provided - tenants require their own towels.
BATHROOM With bath, electric power shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and fitted units.
OUTSIDE Pleasant sitting area to the front of the property with wooden bench - lovely rear terrace with table and chairs - barbecue available.
PARKING Parking for one car nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION The property enjoys the benefits of double glazing, central heating and hot water. Mainly laminate flooring throughout with carpeted bedrooms.
