LOCATION A comfortable, well equipped first floor flat within a few minutes walk of the town centre, an ideal location for a summer holiday or out-of-season break.
VIEWS Excellent estuary views towards the main anchorage and Batson Creek from the lounge and main bedroom.
SITTING/DINING ROOM AÂ comfortably furnished room with two leather sofas, TV, DVD, and video recorder, and pine dining table with six chairs.
KITCHEN Well equipped kitchen with four-ring hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher and washing machine.
BEDROOMS Two. The main bedroom has a King size double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, whilst the second has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside units and day-bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. BATHROOM A newly refurbished and fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
PARKING Space for one car.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout. Central heating and hot water by combi-boiler. Wireless broadband internet available.
