ACCOMMODATION A first floor apartment with lovely sea views and large balcony. Individually designed and equipped to the very highest standards.
VIEWS Superb views over the 'bar' and mouth of the estuary towards Prawle Point from the living area and main bedrooms.
KITCHEN Bespoke kitchen with oak fittings, polished granite worktops and Kuppersbusch appliances including ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and built-in microwave.
SITTING/DINING ROOM A delightfully light and airy open plan room. Dining area with wooden dining table seating 6/8 people, and wooden dresser. Large corner leather sofa and three armchairs positioned to take in the wonderful views over South Sands, the estuary and sea beyond, flatscreen TV, DVD and mini CD hi-fi.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom with King-size bed and estuary views. En suite shower room, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail. French doors leading to the balcony. The second bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment and has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. The third bedroom has bunk beds, wardrobe with basket type drawers, bedside cabinets and small side-room with hanging rail, wardrobe and drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, power shower over, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Wooden balcony running along the front of the apartment, with table and chairs for two, barbecue and wooden bench. Gravel terrace.
PARKING For one car (in front of garage).
OTHER INFORMATION Stripped oak flooring in most areas with fitted carpet in each bedroom.
