ACCOMMODATION Well presented poolside garden flat with wonderful views, parking space and mooring.
LOUNGE AREA has Freeview TV, DVD, radio/CD player, sofa and two armchairs, door to garden/pool.
KITCHEN AREA with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs.
BEDROOM 1 Overlooking garden, pool and estuary with new King-size bed (2017), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and w.c.
BEDROOM 2 Internal, with two new single beds (2017), wardrobe, dressing table, shelves, ceiling fan, en suite BATHROOM with shower over bath, w.c., basin, heated towel rail, shaver point. N.B. Duvets, linen, pillows and four deckchairs provided.
CLEANING SERVICES Beds will be made up when you arrive and the flat will be fully cleaned after you leave. The service is free of charge and exclusive to Flat 1.
OTHER INFORMATION Fully carpeted, centrally heated, double glazed. Free Wireless Broadband.
The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (subject to change). Please check with office for confirmed dates.
