ACCOMMODATION A ground floor spacious apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and master bedroom and a large patio with occasional furniture and steps leading down to the beach. Wi-Fi available.
LIVING/DINING ROOM A large comfortable room with two sofas, dining table and TV with DVD player, patio doors.
KITCHEN Fully fitted with electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar and stools.
UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a King-size bed, with fitted wardrobe, digital TV and en suite with bath with power shower over, hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe, whilst the third is also a twin room with full length 2'6" single beds, wardrobe and desk. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants will require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, w.c., hand-basin and heated towel rail. OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband available.OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from mid-May to late September each year (subject to change).Â
