LOCATION Dartmouth House is centrally located less than 50 yards level walk from the embankment and River Dart, and within a short stroll of the town, its delightful array of shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants.
VIEWS Over rooftops towards the countryside, and with a river 'glimpse'Â from the juliette balcony.
ENTRANCE/HALLWAY Stairs or lift to the second floor entrance. The small hallway contains airing cupboard and has access to all rooms.
SITTING/DINING ROOM This well appointed and spacious open plan living area has a large sofa and two matching arrmchairs. large flatscreen TV (with Freeview) and DVD player. The dining area has a oak table seating four.
KITCHEN A well equipped kitchen has fitted units, electric oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
BEDROOMS Two in total. A delightful en suite double room has a oak framed super-King size bed (6'), matching bedside units and drawers, fitted wardrobe and bucket chair. The recently upgraded and fully tiled en suite has a shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.  The second bedroom is a twin with two sprung based single beds with matching bedside units. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c. and wash hand basin.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, high chair and other items are supplied for young families
PARKING A secure, allocated parking space for one car in the underground car park.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout with tiles in bathroom and laminate flooring in the kitchen. Oil-fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Wireless broadband internet available.Â
