LOCATION At the upper end of Devon Road within walking distance of Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants, and only 10 minutes walk from North Sands beach (via Sandhills Road).
VIEWS Lovely views over beautifully maintained, South facing walled gardens. Glimpses of Millbay and the estuary from one bedroom.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM Beautifully fitted kitchen with Smeg combination gas/electric cooker, Belfast sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and 'Smallbone' units. Stable door out to spiral staircase leading to gardens and terrace. Large sitting/dining area with glass-topped table and chairs for up to six people, sofa and hi-fi system. Stairs off dining area to lower and upper floors. Cloakroom with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
GARDEN ROOM South facing lounge area with large window and French doors to garden. Three comfortable double-sofas, TV and DVD.
BEDROOMS Three: on upper 'studio' level two double bedrooms built into the roof space, both with double beds, one with built-in wardrobe and door opening out to small balcony with sea views. Third bedroom on lower, garden level with twin beds. N.B.Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants will require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS On the studio level a fully tiled bathroom with bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and shaverpoint. Shower room at garden level with power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.
UTILITY ROOM With washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer.
OUTSIDE Lovely gardens with lawn, borders and feature stone wall dividing the two principal areas. South facing sun terrace with table and chairs. Barbeque available.
PARKING Up to two spaces available.
OTHER INFORMATION Carpet and quarry tiles throughout. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Telephone and broadband internet available. One well behaved pet by arrangement.
