ENTRANCEThrough a porch, into a hallway. Doors with access to a downstairs w.c., sitting room and kitchen/dining room.
SITTING ROOMDivided into two areas. A quiet area for reading with comfy chair, rocking chair and large cushions. Two double-sofas provide comfortable seating for watching the television, DVD player, video, Sky satellite system and CD/stereo. Large wall cabinet well stocked with books.
DINING ROOM/KITCHENLarge oak dining table with eight wicker chairs. Black, slate flooring throughout the kitchen and dining area. Modern kitchen with central breakfast bar, two stools and cupboard storage. Appliances include 4-ring ceramic hob, electric fan assisted oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. Small utility area/cloakroom to the side of the kitchen that can also be used as an entrance
BEDROOMSFour in total - all on the first floor. Master bedroom has sea view glimpses, a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. En suite bathroom with large shower unit and 'rain' shower head, wash hand-basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. Twin bedroom with single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, mirror. Third bedroom has a single bed with a pull out stacker bed and a wardrobe. Fourth bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside unit and lamps, wash hand basin, shaver point and light. N.BDuvets, pillows and linen provided - tenants require all towels.Â

BATHROOMTwo in total. In addition to the en suite (above) a large family bathroom with a roll-top bath with mixer tap shower attachment, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., shaver point and light.

PARKINGParking for three cars including one garage space. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
