APARTMENT 10, DART MARINA (2ND FLOOR)
A very spacious, luxury second floor apartment with stunning river views.
ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance, which opens into a tastefully decorated hallway with side table.
LOUNGE A stylishly elegant lounge with large sofa, two swivel armchairs, coffee table, desk and chair, flat screen television, DVD player and iPod dock. N.B. The pebble-effect gas fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. The lovely picture window offers superb views up and down the River Dart and across to Kingswear.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Stunning, state of the art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units, integrated appliances including a superb five-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and stone worktops. A glass-topped dining table seats four comfortably.
BEDROOMS The master suite has a King size bed, bedside units, built in wardrobes, dressing table with stool, and flat screen TV/DVD. The beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), spacious separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom also has a King-size bed, bedside units, built in wardrobes, dressing table and stool, and flatscreen TV/DVD.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a beautifully presented family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
PARKING One allocated parking space.
WIFI Wireless broadband internet is available.
DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.
OTHER INFORMATION For reasons of safety and comfort children under 5 years of age are not permitted at this property. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.Â
