LOCATION Dartmouth Hilltops is located towards the top end of Townstal Road, approximately half a mile walk from the towns' amenities, river and embankment (about a 12-15 minute downhill walk). Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Theme Park is within 3 miles of Dartmouth.
ENTRANCE From a secure central courtyard a flight of steps leads up to the main entrance and a spacious hallway with quick access to all rooms.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM This bright and sunny open-plan area with lovely views over the town features a fully fitted, contemporary kitchen with sleek designer units, four-ring induction hob, electic oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For dining there is a beautiful glass table seating four comfortably, whilst the sitting area has a stunning cream L-shaped sofa, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, and integrated music system with ceiling speakers (compatible with most MP3 players etc.). There are two sets of French doors, each with a glass Juliet balcony, that open to make the most of the views.
BEDROOMS Two bedrooms, one with a wooden framed double bed, and the other with a King-size bed (that can be split on request to create two 2'6" singles). Each room has bedside units, a wardrobe and a TV. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
BATHROOM The beautiful, fully tiled bathroom (with under-floor heating) is fitted to a high standard with large bath, ceiling mounted rain-head shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also an integrated music system.
OUTSIDE There is shared central courtyard for the four Dartmouth Hilltops apartments
PARKING Off-road parking for two cars on a secure gravel drive to front of the development.
OTHER INFORMATION Central heating throughout and instant hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Karndean flooring laid to the living areas and the bedrooms, with a tiled floor to the bathroom.Â
