LOCATION Within a development in Mayors Avenue less than 50 yards level walk from the Embankment and the River Dart. Dartmouth's specialist shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants are within an easy walk, as are the beautiful Royal Avenue Gardens.
VIEWS River views from the sitting room and both bedrooms.
ENTRANCE Through the entrance hallway, with sideboard and airing cupboard. Access to all rooms.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM Large open plan living area. Kitchen appliances include washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and grill, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Plenty of cupboard space for storage. Large wooden dining table with six matching chairs. Sitting area comprises a two-seater sofa and a two seater sofa bed, coffee table, television and DVD player.
BEDROOMS Two. Master bedroom with King size bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and Juliet balcony with river views. There are also two wicker chairs and matching table to relax in and enjoy the view, as well as TV/DVD player. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c, towel rail, shaver point and light. Bedroom two has two 3' single beds, dressing table with mirror and stool, and built-in wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (excluding those for the beach and tea towels).
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room is a family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, hand-basin, w.c, shaver point and light, and a towel rail.
PARKING A secure underground car parking space is available with this property.OTHER INFORMATION The property is mainly carpeted throughout. Wheelchair access to this property is particularly good as the development has a lift from the private underground car park. Neither smoking or pets are permitted in 10 Dartmouth House. The apartment has a gas fired central heating and hot water system. Broadband available.
