LOCATION Situated on the hillside overlooking the town and the River Dart, approximately 8-10 minutes walk into the centre of Dartmouth famed for its local shops and restaurants.
VIEWS Lovely views over the town and across towards the River Dart from the upper floors.
ENTRANCE Double doors lead into a hallway at ground floor level off which is a SHOWER ROOM with shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin.
LOUNGE On the ground floor is a large sitting room with sofas, chairs, TV and DVD player with surround sound, and feature fireplace with views over the garden.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM On the lower ground floor with fitted units, five ring gas burner, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table with 8 chairs TV. French doors lead out to decking and further door to...
BOOT/UTILITY/CLOAK ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate w.c.
STUDY Also on the lower ground floor is a study with a desk and chair.
BEDROOMS Four in total, on the ground floor is one King size bedroom. On the first floor are one super King with TV and views over the garden, a small bunk bedded room, and a twin room with TV. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels - except those for the beach - are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the ground floor shower room is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath, hand-held shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the cottage french doors lead out to a spacious garden with two good sized decked areas which have views ovelooking the valley down to Dartmouth and the River Dart. The property has a charcoal BBQ and the garden also includes an area of lawn.
PARKINGÂ Parking for two cars.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES High chair and travel cot included.
OTHER INFORMATION Fairview House has gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Wireless broadband internet available.
