ACCOMMODATION A first floor apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom.
KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING ROOM Open plan room with doors out to balcony with wide ocean views and furniture. Kitchen area is fully fitted and comprising electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar and stools. A large comfortable lounge with TV, video and CD player. Dining table and chairs.
UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom with super-King size bed, bedside units, dressing table, drawers, fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom with w.c., hand basin, bath with power shower, shaverpoint and heated towel rail. The second double also has a super-King size bed (that can be split on request to create two singles), bedside units, drawers and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has full-size pine bunk beds. N.B All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) there is a further bathroom with shwer cubicle, bidet, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaver point, and heated towel rail.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from late May to late September each year (subject to change). Please check with office for confirmed dates
