LOCATION A quiet residential area of the town, only 5-10 minutes walk from Salcombe boat park, and the town centre restaurants, shops and quays.
VIEWS A glimpse of the estuary at Batson Creek, from the double bedroom.
LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortably furnished. TV with Freeview and DVD.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA An open plan area leading directly to rear patio and garden. Kitchen fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, gas range with electric oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave and extensive worktops.
BEDROOMS Three: one (on second floor) with 5' bed (en suite w.c., shower and hand basin). On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms each with two 3' beds, N.B. Duvets, pillows and linen are provided - tenants will need to bring their own towels. BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, high chair and stairgate are provided.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, power shower cubicle, hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Small sheltered South facing garden and patio at the rear with garden furniture.
PARKING Parking at the front of the property for one medium size car.
OTHER INFORMATION Carpet and oak flooring, and fully double-glazed throughout. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Broadband available. One well-behaved pet permitted (over 2 years of age).
