LOCATION The property is found towards the lower end of Ridge Hill (overlooking Coronation Park and opposite the Royal Naval College) just a few minutes downhill walk into Dartmouth and its array of boutiques, galleries, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the picturesque River Dart. Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

ENTRANCE Directly from Ridge Hill via three steps, into spacious hallway.
SITTING/DINING ROOM A cosy and very stylishly furnished open plan living area with attractive oak flooring, has two double sofas, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, electric wood-effect stove and doors to the courtyard garden. The dining area comprises of a round wooden table seating four.Â
KITCHEN The delightful galley kitchen has attractive base and wall units, lovely oak worktops, and beautiful oak flooring also. It is very well equipped with a range cooker (featuring 6 ring gas hob with griddle and wok burner, and double electric ovens), Belfast sink, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, and microwave.
BEDROOMS The en suite master bedroom has a super-King size bed (that can be split on request to create two singles), bedside units, drawers, wardrobe, TV, and views across the park and river. The fully tiled en suite has a corner shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, drawers, wardrobe and TV. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite above is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, corner shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the apartment (accessed from the sitting room) is an enclosed, paved courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue and fire pit.
PARKING An seasonal parking permit is provided for the nearby long-stay car park
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly oak flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Wireless broadband internet available. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
