KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM Large open plan living area. Kitchen appliances include washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and grill, four-ring gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Plenty of cupboard space for storage plus breakfast bar with two stools. Large lacquered dining table with four chairs. The sitting area comprises two double sofas, nest of tables, television with Freeview and DVD player, and DAB radio/CD. Double French doors open to a Juliet balcony.
BEDROOMS Two. Master bedroom with metal-framed King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, matching set of drawers and dressing table with chair. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c, towel rail, shaver point and light. Bedroom Two has two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (excluding those for the beach).
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room is a family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, hand-basin, w.c, and shaver point
PARKING A secure underground car parking space is available with this property.OTHER INFORMATION The property is fully carpeted throughout. Wheelchair access to this property is particularly good as the development has a lift from the private underground car park. Smoking is not permitted - dogs by arrangement with the owner only and dependant on breed. The apartment has a gas fired central heating and hot water system.
