LOCATION Nestled in the picturesque village of Bigbury and only 2 miles from Bigbury-on-Sea with its beautiful sandy Blue Flag award beaches, golf course and the famous Art Deco hotel on Burgh Island. Within a short drive to woodland walks along the Avon Estuary, two village shops, one pub and the widely acclaimed Oyster Shack Sea Food Restaurant. A wonderful place for walking, bird watching, the fun of the seaside or simply relaxing and enjoying the glorious views. The market town of Kingsbridge is 5 miles away and Modbury is 4 miles away.

SITTING/DINING ROOM Spacious living area with comfortable sofa and chairs, flat screen digital television, DVD Player and CD Stereo system. Dining table and chairs.
KITCHEN Newly refurbished kitchen with attractive duck-egg blue units, wooden worktop, electic cooker (with hob and double oven), fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
BEDROOMS Two in total. Master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and far reaching sea views. Bedroom two has two single beds. N.B Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Cot and high-chair available.
BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath (shower over), wash hand-basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE Small garden with table and chairs and barbeque. In addition, there is a large, safe communal garden which is ideal for youngsters.
PARKING For up to two cars in the courtyard.
OTHER INFORMATION Central heating and hot water provided by an oil fired burner. Wireless broadband internet available. Up to two well behaved dogs permitted. Strictly no smoking.
