LOCATIONIn a quiet mainly residential area of the town yet within an easy five minute walk of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants.
ENTRANCEThrough entrance porch into hallway with access to all ground floor rooms and stairs to first and second floors.
KITCHENWell appointed, modern kitchen with oak flooring. Appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and grill, 4-ring gas hob with extractor over. Plenty of cupboards for storage, wooden work surfaces.
SITTING ROOM/DINING AREAFitted throughout with oak flooring. Dining area has a long narrow dining table with eight chairs. Sitting area with three and two seater matching leather sofas, television, DVD player. Wood burning stove.
BEDROOMSFour in total. Master bedroom on the first floor, with oak flooring (painted white), large 5' wrought iron, double bed. Glass bedside tables, built-in warbrobe, TV and EN SUITE CLOAKROOMwith w.c. and wash-hand basin. Bedroom two, also on the first floor has two 3' single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. Bedrooms three and four are on the second floor. One room with two 3' single beds, and the with other 3' bunk beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) provided. *Linen not supplied for short breaks
BATHROOMFamily bathroom (on the first floor) comprising bath with hand held shower attachment, separate shower cubicle with power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
OUTSIDETo the rear of the property, a large terraced garden with five levels, comprising a mixture of grassed and gravelled areas. Features include pergola with mature grapevines. Barbeque provided.
PARKINGParking for one medium size car on the driveway in front of the property.
OTHER INFORMATIONGround floor level with strip oak flooring, tiled flooring in the bathroom and mainly carpeted in the bedrooms. Gas fired central heating and hot water. One well behaved pet welcome. Strictly no smoking. Maximum six adults. Wireless Broadband available.
