ACCOMMODATION A stunning cottage furnished and presented to a high standard, and offering flexible accommodation over three floors for either one/two families or smaller groups looking for a luxury retreat in a beautiful location.
ENTRANCE The cottage entrance leads in at ground floor level to a good-sized hallway with room for coats and shoes.
BEDROOMS Four in total. On the ground floor is a delightful master bedroom with super-King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, and drawers, and French doors out the rear terrace. Luxurious fully tiled en suite Roca bathroom with free standing bath, walk-in shower, marble and oak vanity unit with dual basins, heated towel rail, shaver point and w.c. Also on the ground is a light and sunny double bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, and lovely sea views. On the top (2nd) floor are two twin bedrooms built into the roof space (ideally suited to children). Each has two full-size, wooden-framed single beds, wardrobe/drawers and bedside unit. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. A travel cot and high-chair are available on request.
SITTING ROOM At the front of the cottage on the first floor, is a delightful living space with stunning sea views. There are two, large comfortable sofas, two further armchairs, occasional furniture, as well as a wall-mounted TV with Sky .
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well presented open-plan L-shaped room on the first floor with French doors out to a good sized decking area. The superbly fitted kitchen is equipped with a range of modern, fitted units, granite worktops, stainless steel Rangemaster cooker, integrated dishwasher and microwave, and large fridge/freezer. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has a large wooden table with chairs and bench seating, and country views.
BATHROOMS In addition to the master en suite above is a fully tiled bathroom on the second floor with bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit with dual basins, w.c., heated towel rail and light. There is a further CLOAKROOM on the ground floor with w.c. and basin
SNUG/GAMES ROOM On the 2nd floor (adjacent to the two twin bedrooms) is a cosy snug/games room with wooden framed sofa, widescreen TV with Sky, xBox 360 and DVD player.
OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a large area of patio and decking with table and seating for eight overlooking Hallsands beach and the sea beyond. To the rear is a further area of decking (accessed from the dining room) and a private terrace on the ground floor. Gas barbeque available. N.B. Due to the proximity of the cottage to the beach and coast path, young children must be supervised at all times.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly oak laminate flooring throughout with carpet at second floor level. Gas fired underfloor heating and hot water. Wireless broadband supplied for internet access and telephone available for incoming and local calls. Smoking is not permitted but up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed depending on size and breed (please contact the office). Please note that the South West Coast Path runs in front and to the side of the cottage.
