LOCATION Town centre position, within a few steps of restaurants, shops and quays.
VIEWS Lovely views across the estuary towards Fisherman's Cove and East Portlemouth.
LIVING AREA/KITCHEN On the upper floor is an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen to one end of the room, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dining bar with seating for four. The living space is comfortably furnished and has a television with Freeview recorder box and DVD player.
BEDROOM On the lower floor is a double bedroom with bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair and TV with Freesat - please note the bed is slightly larger than a standard double (1.4m) and will therefore require a King-size bottom sheet and King-size duvet cover. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)
SHOWER ROOM A newly fitted shower room is also located on the lower floor, with large cubicle shower, and heated towel rail. Separate w.c. with wash-hand basin.
