LOCATION Set amidst undulating farmland in a quiet rural position close to the head of Batson Creek and within a pleasant 25 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive, of Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants. Close to National Trust estuary walks.
VIEWS Stunning views over Batson Creek and across the estuary towards the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth.
LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN An open plan comfortably furnished living area with TV, DVD, radio, dining table and chairs and kitchen comprising electric double oven cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Patio doors lead on to a private south facing patio with garden furniture and barbecue
BATHROOM First floor, with w.c, hand basin and bath with hand shower attachment.
UTILITY Located off entrance porch and sharing with owners the following facilities: freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area.
BEDROOMS Two on first floor each with TV/DVD: one with 4'6" double pine bed and one with 3' twin pine beds. N.B. Duvets, pillows and all bed linen and towels provided with the exception of cot linen and beach towels.
PARKING Driveway parking for two cars (and trailer by prior arrangement).
OTHER INFORMATION Shared enclosed entrance porch. Cot and high chair available. No pets allowed. Night storage heating throughout with convector heater in sitting room. Hot water by immersion heater. Telephone and broadband is available.
