LOCATION Towards the lower end of Devon Road within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront.
VIEWS Glimpses of the estuary and Batson Creek from the lounge.
ENTRANCE A flight of steep steps leads up from the parking area to the ground floor entrance and into the living accommodation.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING AREA At ground floor level is a large open plan room with stone fireplace, two comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD and CD/MP3 player.
KITCHEN Contemporary kitchen with fitted units, granite worktops, electric oven and 4 ring halogen hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
BEDROOMS On the ground floor is a double room with King size bed, built-in wardrobe, New England style chest of drawers and french doors leading to a small decked area. En suite shower room with a power shower, w.c., wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. On the first floor is the twin bedroom with two 2'6" beds and chest of drawers. N.B All duvet, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot and highchair are provided.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite above is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin, shaverpoint and store cupboard/wardrobe.
OUTSIDE Private patio to front with occasional furniture.
PARKING Off road parking spaces for two cars
OTHER INFORMATIONÂ Tiled flooring in the main living areas with carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Smokers are not permitted, but one well-behaved dog is allowed in the tiled living areas only.
