LOCATIONMeadow View is located in a picturesque rural setting, just 8 miles from the popular surfing beach at Bigbury and only 20 minutes drive from Dartmoor National Park which offers fantastic walks and an ever changing landscape.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOMThe front door leads in to a light and well-presented open plan living area with two cream leather sofas, flat screen television with Freeview, and occasional oak furniture. The dining area has an oval shaped glass table with matching faux leather chairs to seat four people. The galley-style kitchen has modern fitted units, washing machine, fridge with icebox, oven and ceramic hob. The stairs lead to the first floor.
BEDROOMOn the first floor is a large and spacious bedroom with a picture window that overlooks the meadow and boasts views towards Dartmoor. The room has a King size bed, with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table with stool and cream leather armchair. N.B. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided but you will need to supply your own beach towels.
SHOWER ROOMComprising shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, wash basin and W.C
OUTSIDEThe generous outside area has patio furniture and parasol for al fresco dining.
PARKINGThere is parking to the front of the property for 1-2 cars.
