LOCATION Moon River is situated in an ideal position conveniently close to the town centre and only a few minutes walk from the waters edge.
VIEWS Superb views across the town and the River Dart can be enjoyed from most of the main rooms, verandah and sunny conservatory.
ENTRANCE Single gate down steps through to the entrance door plus garden gate giving access down to Browns Hill Steps.
KITCHEN Fitted kitchen. Appliances include built-in double oven and grill, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
SITTING/DINING ROOM With stunning views across to the River Dart. TV with Sky, DVD and hi-fi.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Bedroom one is a double room with King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and two lamps. En suite shower room with shower, basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Bedroom two is also a double room with 4'6'' bed, wardrobe and vanity unit. Third bedroom has 3' bunk beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided (excluding tea towels and those for the beach).
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite, a family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. and bidet.
OUTSIDE Two balconies with patio furniture. Small garden below.
PARKING 14' 6" by 8' 5" single garage (7' opening door) available in Clarence Street. A seasonal parking pass, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park(subject to availability)/Dartmouth Park and Ride from 26th March for 6 months until 25th September 2016.
OTHER INFORMATION The property has gas fired central heating and hot water. Moon River does not accept pets, and smoking is prohibited. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted. Â Please note that access to the property via Clarence Hill Road is narrow with a 6' width restriction in place.
