LOCATION Close to the much-photographed village 'Square' and only 50 yards or so from the slipway and beach of Inner Hope. The village itself, with its stunning coastal views, sandy beach, pub and restaurants is a popular holiday destination for families, couples and walkers alike - the South West Coast Path can be accessed from the Square just a few yards away. The famous sailing centre of Salcombe is within four miles whilst the market towns of Kingsbridge and Totnes are easily accessible - the beautiful port of Dartmouth is just a stunning coastal drive away.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM A small lobby leads into a bright, well-equipped, dual aspect kitchen with 4-ring electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (tumble dryer in garage), fitted units and round wooden dining table with 4 chairs.
LOUNGE A good-sized, comfortable and tastefully decorated lounge with sofa, chairs, TV with freeview, video and CD hi-fi system. Stairs wind up from the lounge to the first floor.
BEDROOMS The light and spacious master bedroom has a king sized double bed and built in wardrobe/shelves views over the Square. The second bedroom has comfortable, adult size bunk beds and built in wardrobe/shelves. N.B All duvets and pillows provided - tenants will need to bring or hire bed linen, towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM Family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE Paved terrace with garden table and chairs. Barbeque available.
PARKING Private driveway serving 3 cottages with off road parking for one to two cars.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly carpeted throughout with vinyl flooring in part of the kitchen and bathroom. Oil fired central heating and hot water.
