KITCHEN/DINING ROOMFully fitted kitchen with a granite worktop, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, flatscreen TV, dining table to seat 8. There are French Doors that lead onto a very secluded and sheltered roof terrace that faces South-West and is ideal for sunbathing. A highchair is also provided.
UTILITY ROOMwith washing machine and tumble dryer.
LOUNGELarge superbly finished open plan living area boasting a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV complete with DVD player, Sky package including Sky Sports, and Bang & Olufsen Radio/CD player. It has a large contemporary leather sofa and chairs. Broadband internet access available.
BEDROOMSThree in total. Beautiful master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes and drawers, flat screen TV and deluxe en suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. The second bedroom has two 3' single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers and TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds. A chest of drawers is also provided. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels - except those for the beach - are supplied.
BATHROOMIn addition to the en suite is a seperate family bathroom with bath, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.
OUTSIDERoof terrace - accessible from kitchen and lounge - with table and chairs. The apartment is set in 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens and has picnic tables, benches and barbeque.
PARKINGDesignated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted). Free parking is usually available within the village (approx. 1/2 a mile away).
OTHER INFORMATIONWooden flooring in living areas and bedrooms, and floor tiles in kitchen and bathrooms. Access to the apartment via stairs only. One well behaved pet by arrangement only. Strictly non-smoking.
