KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Large, open plan area with superb New England 'shaker' style oak kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The 25' lounge/dining area features a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire, two comfortable sofas and armchair, TV with FreeSat, video, DVD and Bose iPod docking station. Dining table and six chairs. Double french doors open out to a good sized balcony with excellent views over the town towards Batson Creek.
BEDROOMS Two: Large double bedroom with double bed (can be twin), built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver point, light and heated towel rail. Second bedroom with two single beds, linen cupboard and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
SHOWER ROOMÂ In addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
OUTSIDE Balcony with small patio style table and two chairs.
PARKING Secure covered parking for 2 cars in car park and lock-up storage area.
OTHER INFORMATION The property each enjoy the benefits of full gas fired central heating and hot water, entry telephone system. Mainly with maple laminate flooring and slate tiles in bath/shower room. Wireless Internet Broadband available through a shared wifi router (please note that this may run at slow speeds or be intermittent at busy times)
