LOCATION St Elmo Lodge is a beautifully presented ground floor apartment, set within peaceful secluded gardens amidst protected National Trust coastline and within a 20 minute walk of Salcombe's shops, quays, and restaurants. The sandy cove at North Sands is a leisurely five minute stroll from the property.
VIEWS Superb views towards North Sands beach and the harbour mouth where the Salcombe Estuary joins the sea.
ENTRANCE/HALLWAY A large central reception hall gives open plan access to the new kitchen area and through into the sitting and dining rooms.

The second bedroom has full size bunk beds with single stacker bed under, wardrobe, drawers and en suite bathroom with large bath/shower unit, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The third bedroom has two single beds which can be made up to a super king-size bed on request, wardrobe, drawers and double doors out to the decking area, en suite shower room, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. N.BÂ All duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. Travel cot is available.
OUTSIDELandscaped front gardens with wood-decked sitting area and vehicle turning circle. Further front patio with garden furniture. Substantial Wood-decked patio to the rear with heavy iron dining table and chairs to take full advantage of summer evenings in this favoured location.
