LOCATION Set within the grounds of Lockslea House overlooking the 1st green at the golf course (visitors with golf handicap are welcome) and within a few minutes walk of the South West Coastal Path and Thurlestone village.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A cleverly designed room providing a sitting area with double sofa, chairs, TV with FreeSat, DVD player and CD stereo. Dining table to seat four. The kitchen area has fitted units, four ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Double doors out to 200 sq ft paved terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. Lovely views from the living area across the gardens and out to sea.
BEDROOM A door from the living accommodation leads into a double bedroom with king-size bed, range of built-in units and wardrobes, dressing table and stool. Through to....EN-SUITE WET ROOM with shower, w.c., wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
OUTSIDE Extensive lawned garden to the front, side and rear of the property and large terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers.
PARKING Parking for one car adjacent to the property.OTHER INFORMATION The Beach House has wooden flooring throughout and oil fired central heating and hot water. The windows have shutters for comfort and privacy. Strictly no smoking or pets.Â
