ACCOMMODATION A luxurious first floor apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard to provide excellent family accommodation .
LOUNGE/DINING ROOMÂ Bright and spacious, comfortably furnished, TV with 'free sat', Blu-ray DVD, digital hi-fi system with iPod dock, and sliding windows to balcony with outdoor furniture. To one end of the living room is an alcoved dining area with large table and chairs.
KITCHEN A spacious fully fitted kitchen comprises 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, TV, table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Three: Master bedroom with King size bed and sofa, built-in wardrobes, TV and dressing table. En suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point. Second large bedroom with twin 3' beds, built in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinet and TV. Third bedroom with 3' single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. N.B All duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels provided.
SHOWER ROOM Adjacent to the second bedroom with walk in shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., airing cupboard, shaver point and light.
PARKINGÂ for one car - an additional space maybe available out of season.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLÂ St. Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (please check with office for confirmed dates).
OTHERÂ INFORMATIONÂ All have gas fired central heating and hot water. Carpeted throughout with tiled floor to kitchen and vinyl flooring to en suite and shower room. Telephone and (from July 2013) wireless broadband internet available.Â
