KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING AREAAn open plan room with a contemporary well equipped kitchen with fitted units, granite work surfaces, 4 ring electric halogen hob with electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and breakfast bar with two stools. Dining table just to the left of the kitchen leading to a light, airy lounge with two two-seater sofas, flatscreen digital TV, DVD player.

BEDROOMSThe master room has a King size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe with a small en suite w.c. with wash hand basin. The second smaller bedroom is built into the eaves of the property and has two single beds (this room is suitable for children over the age of 5 only and young adults). N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied - tenants require all towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIESA travel cot and highchair provided.
BATHROOMis built into the eaves of the property. With large bath, w.c., wash hand basin, heated towel rail and large walk in shower with shower rose.
