LIVING/DINING/KITCHENA large open plan area at second floor level with two large sofas, TV, video, DVD, wood effect flooring and full width sliding patio doors leading onto a substantial balcony with barbeque and outdoor furniture. Fully fitted kitchen area comprises electric cooker, microwave, fridge and separate large freezer.
BEDROOMSOn the first floor are three bedrooms; one with 4'6" double bed, fitted shelves and wardrobe, TV and estuary views; second bedroom with twin 3' beds, period cast iron fireplace, fitted wardrobe and shelves; third bedroom with 3' single bed, TV and estuary views. N.B. bedding and bed linen is provided (tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels).
