LOCATION At the lower end of Devon Road within only a few minutes walk of the town centre and spectacular waterfront.
VIEWS Narrow glimpses of the estuary from the dining room, part of the terrace and top bedroom.
ENTRANCE/ HALLWAY Entrance lobby/porch ideal for bags, coats, beach equipment etc.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Superb open plan, kitchen/dining area with large sliding glass doors out to terrace. Mexican slate tiles throughout. Kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, central island/breakfast bar and two stools, 4-ring gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Pantry and cupboard for coats etc. Small utility room with sink, units and washing machine. Dining area has large pine table and 6 chairs, as well as a comfortable double sofa. (Shower room off dining area - see below).
LOUNGE Comfortable room with sofas, widescreen TV, DVD and Playstation 2.
BEDROOMS On the first floor, two double bedrooms (both with King size beds) with wardrobes. There is a portable TV in the front bedroom. In second floor loft conversion, 3 x 3' single beds (one set in recess with wall on either side).
N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)
BATHROOM Family bathroom on 1st floor with panelled bath, shower attachment, wash-hand basin and w.c. Shower room (on ground floor) has fully tiled shower, wash-hand basin and separate w.c.
OUTSIDE Large, sun baked, stone paved terrace at the front of the property with table and several chairs. Barbeque available.
PARKING Parking for 1-2 cars in garage/forecourt (N.B. Height clearance in garage is approximately 5'9"). ( Full dimensions can be provided on request).
OTHER INFORMATION Fully carpeted throughout with the exception of tiles in the kitchen area. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Stairgate available. Â
