ACCOMMODATION An exquisitely furnished first floor apartment, equipped to the very highest standard to provide luxurious accommodation for a family or couples. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A light and spacious room with high ceiling built into the eaves - elegantly furnished with shaped four seater sofa arrangement, 2 comfortable chairs, dining table and 6 chairs, 42" plasma TV with Freesat, DVD player, feature fireplace with slate hearth and sliding windows to balcony with outdoor furniture.  KITCHEN A spacious fully fitted kitchen comprises 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, marble table and two stools.  BEDROOMS Three: master bedroom with beautiful 6' double bed, hardwood units, built-in wardrobes and TV. En suite bathroom with wood flooring, P-shaped bath with shower over, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Second large bedroom with double/linked twin 3' single beds, wardrobe, hardwood units and TV. Third bedroom (off the lounge/dining room - ideal for children) with twin 3' single beds, wardrobe and hardwood units. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. SHOWER ROOM Adjacent to the second bedroom with wood flooring, walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., airing cupboard, shaver point and light. PARKING for one car- an additional space maybe available out of season. OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL St. Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year. Please check with office for confirmed dates.OTHER INFORMATION All have gas fired central heating and hot water. Carpeted throughout apart from kitchen and bathrooms.
