APARTMENT 18, DART MARINA (GROUND FLOOR)
A stunning ground floor apartment with beautiful river views and large riverside terrace.
ENTRANCE The ground floor level entrance opens into a tastefully decorated hallway with side table and two lamps.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM An elegantly furnished and tastefully presented lounge area has a large L-shaped leather sofa, armchair with footstool, coffee table, flat screen television (with Freeview) and DVD player with Bose surround sound system, and iPod dock. N.B. The pebble-effect gas fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. The lovely picture windows provide superb views up and down the river whilst double French doors offer quick and easy access to the terrace. A glass-topped dining table seats four comfortably.
KITCHEN Stunning, state of the art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including a superb five-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and stone worktops.Â
BEDROOMS The beautiful master suite has a King size bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, small dressing table, chair, and flatscreen TV. The fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), spacious separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom also has a fitted King-size bed with side tables, built in wardrobes, chair, full-length mirror and flatscreen TV.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a beautifully presented family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
OUTSIDE A superb 30' stone terrace at the front of the apartment has wonderful river views. A range of rattan garden furniture includes chairs, tables and sun lounger. WIFI Wireless broadband internet is available.DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas.
