LOCATION Looking over Courtenay Park and within a short stroll of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops, and restaurants.
VIEWS Good views of the estuary from the sitting room and the balcony.
ENTRANCE Access is at street level through a communal porch and then into the hallway. (No stairs).
KITCHEN Galley kitchen with electric hob, oven and grill, fridge (with ice box), washing machine, microwave and fitted units.
SITTING/DINING ROOM Tastefully furnished and carpeted with lovely views overlooking the rooftops to the estuary. Two large sofas, a dining table seating four, a 40-inch flat screen television with DVD player plus a high quality music system compatible with most devices. Door opens out onto a small balcony with table and chairs to take in the wonderful views of the estuary. BEDROOM Large bedroom with built-in wardrobes/dressing unit, double bed and bedside tables. N.B. Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided. Tenants require tea towels.
BATHROOM Bath with shower over, w.c. wash hand-basin, shaver point and light, and heated towel rail.OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wireless Broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
