VIEWS Stunning views of main anchorage across to East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek from the lounge and two main bedrooms.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the 2nd floor a wonderfully light and sunny room with full width windows and sliding doors to take in the magnificent views over the estuary. Modern kitchen with fitted beech units, stainless steel gas burner and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Dining area with large table and 8 chairs and lounge with comfortable seating for 8. TV, DVD/CD player and iPod Docking Station.
BEDROOMS Four in total (all on the 1st floor) Master bedroom with 5' double bed, wardrobe and en suite with power shower and wash-hand basin. 2nd bedroom with 4'6" double bed and en suite with bath and wash-hand basin; 3rd bedroom with twin 3' single beds and 4th bedroom with full size bunk beds and TV/DVD. N.B. All duvets, pillows and linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
SHOWER ROOM Family shower room, with power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
CLOAKROOM Separate w.c. with wash-hand basin.
HALLWAY Steps up from ground floor parking to a spacious hallway -Â plenty of storage space with washing machine and freezer (dryer in kitchen).
PARKING Private off-road parking for one car. OTHER INFORMATION Gas central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available.
