LOCATION Situated in the middle of Buckley Street close to the centre of the town, within easy access of Salcombe's famous waterfront, and renowned shops, pubs and restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION: The upper apartment covers the second and third floors, and is accessed from an entrance to the rear of the property (adjacent to the parking area). A flight of stairs lead up to the lower level hallway (second floor of the building overall). There is a utility room with washing machine.
VIEWS Excellent views towards East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek from the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area on the top floor.
BEDROOMS Three in total (all on the lower level). The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and en suite bathroom comprising a shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Bedrooms two and three are both twin rooms, each with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. N.B. All bed linen is provided - tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is a further bathroom with bath with shower over, w.c and wash hand basin.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM/KITCHEN On the top floor is a spacious and comfortably furnished open plan living area with sofas, chairs, widescreen TV, DVD, CD hi-fi, and dining table with six chairs. The lounge opens out into a fully fitted kitchen comprising fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven and hob. Â
PARKING Off-road parking for one small/medium car to the rear of the property
OTHER INFORMATION: Each apartment is double-glazed and enjoys the benefit of gas central heating and hot water. Wooden flooring to the living/dining area and carpeting throughout the bedrooms. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted.
