ACCOMMODATION A superb ground floor apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has its own private terrace with table and chairs -Â a delightful suntrap from which to watch the wildlife and the ever-changing tidal estuary.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM Open plan living area with beautifully crafted kitchen, incorporating granite work-surfaces, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. (Washing machine and tumble dryer in hall cupboard). The dining area has a wooden table seating six. The sitting area has two comfortable leather sofas, pouffe, flat-screen TV, DVD/video and CD/radio. French doors lead out to terrace.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Large master bedroom with stunning estuary views, King-size bed, two chairs, bedside unit, drawers, built-in mirrored wardrobes, and en suite shower room, comprising power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. Bedroom two also has a King-size bed, chair, bedside units, drawers and built-in mirrored wardrobes. The third bedroom has a single bed, dressing table/desk, bedside unit and chair. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels - except those for the beach - are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
PARKING Covered designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers permitted). On street parking is available within 100 yards away (subject to use). Alternatively you can use the Quay public car park which is a 5 minute walk away.
OTHER INFORMATION Wireless internet broadband available. Strictly no smoking.
