APARTMENT 21, DART MARINA (1ST FLOOR)
ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs or good sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylish and contemporary lounge with stunning C-shaped designer sofa seating up to 6 comfortably, large, fully rotating armchair (known as 'The Nest'), 42" television with BT Vision package, Bluray player and Sonos music/surround system (including iPod dock). Pebble effect fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. A beautiful glass table and six leather seated dining chairs are nestled in front of the semi-circular bay window offering lovely views up and down the river and across to Kingswear. The windows can be fully opened on a sunny day to create an internal 'Juilet' style balcony. Wireless broadband access is available in the apartment.
KITCHEN Stunning, state of the art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including magnificent 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and stone worktops.
BEDROOMS The master suite has a King-Size bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and wall-mounted TV. Beautiful, fully-tiled en suite bathroom with Kaldewei bath, spacious separate shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom is a twin room with two full size single beds (that can be zipped together on request to form a second 6' double), bedside units, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and wall-mounted TV. All bed linen and towels supplied.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a lovely family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.  Â
