ACCOMMODATION A fully refurbished and renovated first floor flat very well presented throughout and ideally set up for a couple or family with younger children.
ENTRANCE From Newcomen Road there is a communal lobby with stairs to the first floor entrance.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A bright and airy open-plan room with lovely river views. Wooden floor throughout and a feature fireplace. The galley kitchen is modern and very well equipped with four ring hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher and fitted cupboards. The sitting/dining area has a 3 seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, bookcase, TV/DVD with Freeview and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Dining table and four chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and wardrobe/drawers. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and bedside unit. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and have internet radios. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen are provided - tenants are required to bring own towels.
SHOWER ROOM Fully tiled room with large shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
PARKING A parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (approximately 5-10 minutes walk, subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride and other car parks around South Devon. Out of season there is usually free parking available on the roadside nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi boiler. A hairdryer is provided. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Wireless broadband internet available.
