ACCOMMODATION Third floor flat with balcony.
LOUNGE/ KITCHENETTE Double sprung bed settee, TV with Freeview, DVD and video, sliding doors to balcony. Well fitted Kitchenette with breakfast bar, four high cane chairs, electric cooker, hob, microwave, electric hot tray, fridge and dishwasher.
BEDROOM Two single beds, built-in wardrobe, cupboard and two armchairs. Sliding doors to balcony overlooking the main anchorage. N.B. All bed linen provided *(except for short breaks in the early season). You will need to bring your towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM Bath, power shower over, hand basin, w.c., shaver point, heated towel rail, wall fire.
HALL Cloak cupboard.
OUTSIDE Balcony with new decking and furniture.OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (subject to change). Please check with office for confirmed dates.
