LOCATION A peaceful and popular location about 400 yards from North Sands Beach and approximately 1 mile from town centre shops and quays. The Winking Prawn, brasserie and tea gardens, and tennis courts are just a few minutes' walk away.
ENTRANCE The apartment is approached via a flight of steps down from the parking level to a communal entrance lobby and hallway from which a flight of stairs leads to the first floor lobby.
VIEWS Excellent sea views from the dining bay windows and bedroom balcony.
SITTING/DINING ROOM Light and bright open plan room with TV, DVD, video, sofa and chairs. Dining table and four chairs in bay window with spectacular views.
KITCHEN Divided kitchen area with fitted units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
BEDROOMS Double room with 5' king size bed, built-in wardrobe and French window to small balcony overlooking North Sands valley - en suite with bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, wardrobe and hand basin. Â
N.B. Duvets and pillows provided. However, tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk.)
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite a family bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Use of communal gardens. Path to lower corner of garden which leads to pathway to North Sands.
PARKING One reserved space plus limited visitors parking.
OTHER INFORMATION Gas central heating/hot water. Telephone available for local and incoming calls only. No smokers or pets allowed. There is a communal laundry room (adjacent to parking area) with washing machine and tumble dryer (slot meter). Wireless broadband is available.
