KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOMSuperb New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/ dryer. Small square dining table and chairs. Lounge area with sofa and two chairs, CD hi-fi, TV (freeview) and DVD. Large glass doors opening to terrace and garden.
BEDROOMSTwo bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and door to garden also En suite bathroom with Bette steel bath, wash hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. Bedroom two has twin 3' single beds, built-in wardrobe and door to the garden. NB All duvets, pillows, bed linen are provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
SHOWER ROOMIn addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver-point and light, heated towel rail and under-floor heating.
OUTSIDESmall front garden and south-facing terrace with table and chairs.
