LOCATION Within the popular Dartmouth House development in Mayors Avenue just a few metres level walk from the embankment and River Dart. Dartmouth's specialist shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants are within an easy reach, as are the beautiful Royal Avenue Gardens.
ENTRANCE/HALLWAY Contains airing cupboard and leads onto all main rooms.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM This lovely open plan area with wooden flooring throughout has a modern and well equipped kitchen with fitted units, wooden worktop, electric oven, four-ring gas hob with extractor over, larder fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/dryer. The well appointed and very comfortable living space has French windows that open out to a good sized terrace with river views. There are two comfortable sofas, armchair and footstool, as well a TV (with Sky freeview) and DVD player. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.
BEDROOMS Two. The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room leads onto an en suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, w.c. wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps and a fitted wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a modern, fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c. and vanity unit with basin, and heated towel rail.
PARKING A secure underground car parking space is available with this property.
OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wooden flooring in the hallway and living areas with carpet in both bedrooms. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Wheelchair access for this property is good as the development has a lift from the private underground car park to the apartment level.
