ACCOMMODATION A fully refurbished and renovated first floor flat very well presented throughout and ideally set up for a couple or family with younger children.
ENTRANCE From Newcomen Road there is a communal entrance to Dartview and two short flights of stairs up to the property.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A bright and airy open plan room with stunning views. The galley kitchen is modern and very well equipped with electric fan oven, grill and four-ring hob with extractor over, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards and worktop space. The sitting/dining area has two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, with glass-topped dining table and four chairs in front of the bay window.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and en suite shower room with shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. The second bedroom has full sized bunk beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath towels are provided. There are two large built-in wardrobes with shelving in the adjacent hallway.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a further bathroom, situated off the main hallway, with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail
PARKING* A parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride from 25th March 2016 for 6 months until 24th September 2016.
OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi boiler. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
